SPOILERS: someone's a slayer, someone dies

"Yes you are the slayer," Alrinach bellowed, "But not for long!"

Grace looked around her. She was just as shocked as the others.

How can we escape?, Grace thought.

Her friends were chained or injured. There were ten other vampires and an 8 feet demon. It seemed hopeless.

"What are you gonna do slayer?" Alrinach laughed.

"I'm, I'm, I'm…" She started.

She began backing towards the wall where her friends were chained.

"Poor lil slayer." Alrinach laughed.

Grace got close to the wall. Her hands were behind her back.

"What's the little slayer gonna do?" He shouted.

In a split second, her hands grabbed the chains that connected Lisa and Rachel to the wall. BAM! The chain broke and the two fell to the floor.

"I'm gonna kick your ass." Grace smiled.

"Aaaarrrrrrrrrggggghhhh!!" Alrinach and the demons bellowed.

Grace swung the chain around in front of her.

"Lisa, you help, I'll break the chains!" Rachel ordered.

"Gotta love the ass kickin." Lisa smiled, slamming her fist together.

Grace whipped two demons with the chain. Lisa grabbed a torch from the wall and swung it around.

"Pyros rock." She smiled, setting a demon on fire.

Rachel kicked a vampire down and took his axe, after beheading him.

"Thanks." She smiled.

Rachel slammed the axe against the chains of Jordy and Fiona.

"I'm so in the mood to kick your asses!" Jordy shouted, punching a female demon.

Soon enough, everyone was down and fighting the vampires. Mel and Paige helped pull Josh, Adele, Elisabeth and Elisa out of danger's way. Maggie leaped on Heather's back.

"Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!" Heather screamed.

Dani and Stacy pulled her off.

"You can't hurt me! I'm your friend!" Maggie laughed.

"Oh yes I can!" Stacy smiled, knocking her out cold.

"Tiffany and Grace will do a spell to turn her back." Dani nodded.

"Slayer!!!!!" Alrinach shouted, pushing Mari into Ais.

Grace turned around and saw her injured friends. They got rid of all the vampires, but Alrinach remained. Lisa and Rachel were getting tired. Grace did a flip in the air and tried to kick Alrinach. He caught her by the leg and tossed her in the air like a quarter. Luckily Jason and Jordy caught her.

"He's too strong!" Fiona cried, holding her shoulder.

Alrinach grabbed Tiffany and Mel by the necks.

"Say bye bye to your precious friends." Alrinach laughed.

"Noooooo!!!" Grace cried, before he could break their necks.

"What say you?" He asked.

"Did you know that if the slayer kills herself before Alrinach does, then he dies." Adele asked.

Those words echoed in Grace's head. It was a decision she had to make. Not only Tiffany and Mel were counting on her, but humanity relied on her.

"You want a dead slayer?! Here!" Grace screamed.

She withdrew a knife. Grace held it in the air, preparing to stab herself in the heart.

"What!?" Alrinach roared, dropping the girls.

"Grace, nooooooo!!" Paige yelled.

"Don't!!!!" Dani screamed.

Everyone ran towards her.

Grace closed her eyes. Tears streamed down her cheek.

"Noooooooooo!!!" Everyone screamed.

The knife plunged into her heart. A beam of light shot through Alrinach.

"Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!" Alrinach roared.

He began to convulse.

"You (insert bad word) you deserved it!" Lisa screamed, kicking.

He exploded into bits. Everyone fell from the impact.

"Grace!" Mari cried, crawling towards her.

She held her in her arms.

"Grace!!" Stacy yelled, shaking her.

There was no reply. She was already gone. Tears began to stain the sand they all sat upon. Everyone gathered around Grace.

"Amazing grace." Rachel said….
